Le Rossignol Estates was established by Jeremy Le Rossignol in January 2016, he has twenty-two years of experience in dealing with residential sales and fifteen years in rentals.
He started his career after studying towards a business degree at the University of Gloucestershire working for well-known Jersey law firms before venturing overseas to Spain where he specialised in off plan property sales before returning to the island of Jersey, where his family originally settled in the 1500's. He has gained unrivalled experience to master his trade working with local estate agencies and for arguably the largest property developer in the Channel Islands.
Jeremy is a family man and enjoys outdoor life with his wife Marta and their daughter Florence Vera.
Marta Le Rossignol – Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
Marta has been instrumental in supporting her husband Jeremy since planting the seed in 2015 suggesting he starts up on his own. Marta graduated with a degree in European Administration Law from Wroclaw University of Management and Banking and Jersey has been her home for the last 21 years. Marta is our Money Laundering Reporting Officer with 17 years of experience in compliance locally working for banking corporations. With their young daughter Florence Vera now in school, Marta plays a key role behind the scenes and undertakes both sales and rental viewings.
Sarah Turner – Interim Support Administrator.
Sarah has joined us on an interim basis following her return to the island from travelling in Australia and plays a key role in supporting Jeremy, Marta and the team. Sarah has her sights firmly set on a career in accountancy however our door remains open to Sarah for a longer-term position if we can change her mind.
Glyn Moignard BA (Hons) ACIM – Consultant.
Jeremy and Glyn have been acquaintances throughout their careers in the local property sector, and their professional paths have finally crossed and joined forces.
Glyn holds a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Gloucestershire, and a Level 6 Professional Marketing Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Glyn has worked in property management and sales for many years, and most recently held a management position at Andium Homes where he lead a successful First Time Buyer house purchase scheme. He left this position in 2022 to pursue his own business interests.

We have a fully trained and experienced team in St Helier who receive our overspill telephone calls and undertake certain administrative tasks for us. This ensures your call will always be answered during office hours and if one of the support team is unable to assist then they will ensure you receive a call back from our office headquarters in St Peter.

Yasmin is a talented and creative marketing professional with a passion for the real estate industry. Yasmin brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and flair to our marketing campaigns. Since winning the Le Rossignol Estates White Collar Surfing Competition for Healing Waves in 2022, Yasmin has been working for us remotely from Thailand and we are pleased to welcome her back. Yasmin has also been instrumental in helping Jeremy organise and build the surf competition and accompanying event Surf Fest together with the promotion of MODOM.

Cameron is our skilled Videographer & Photographer, dedicated to capturing our clients’ properties whilst bringing our listings to life through stunning visuals and engaging storytelling. With a trained eye for composition and lighting, Cameron creates captivating property videos that leave a lasting impression. Cameron also works closely with Jeremy on brand development and is an invaluable asset.
Chris Guillochon, Professional Photography & Matterport Virtual Tours, Immersiv Tech.
Chris has been working with us since 2019, takes all our professional property photographs and produces what has proven to be a valuable marketing addition with a Matterport Virtual Tour for all of our sales and rental properties which also produces an extremely accurate floor plan that you can rely upon.

Dave has taken to the skies increasingly more so for us recently to capture unique aerial imagery and video to assist with presenting our clients properties in the best possible light.
